Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to arrange to give us a donation.
We are in need of mostly monatary funds but will accept Alco artifacts as well. Some of our upcoming projects include:
Leasing Office Space
In order for us to operate as smoothly and efficiently as possible, we will need to lease office space and acquire office equipment. Any donation of funds and office equipment would be helpful. We are looking to lease space at the Alco Plant office building in Schenectady, New York with enough space for a meeting room, library,storage,etc. Operating funds are needed the most right now.
There will be expenses associated with this including electric service, Internet service and office supplies.
Office equipment will be needed after we have space leased. Please use this link for donations of funds for helping us pay for space to be leased.
This is set up for donations in multibles of $25.00. Just change number of items to get a higher figure.
- Our C636 Project:
We need to raise funds for the purpose of bringing one of the two Alco Demonstrators back to Schenectady. Repainting it back into demonstrator colors.
-Alco Museum Project:
We have a possible site in mind. We are planning and preparing a proposal to present to the owners of the site. The costs associated with this proposal include engineering studies.
We will also need funds for renovations to the buildings and surrounding land. This will be a major undertaking. See the Museum Fund drive page for details.

All donations large or small will be accepted. Just note on the check which project you will assisting us with.
If the donation does not have any request regarding which project, we will use the donation at our discretion.
