Looking North on Front Street, you can see the former engine test building on the left and the offices in center of the photo. On the right and in distance, you can see the parking lot and offices.
In this photo, you can see the offices including the entrance. This building was once a repair shop for Alco.
Looking South West, you can see the engine test building. Note the exhaust stacks on the roof. It appears that up to four engines could be tested at one time. This building is in poor shape and no longer in use.
This photo was taken in 2001 during the Alco Centennial which was in building 70. You can clearly see the "AMERICAN LOCOMOTIVE" on the top of building 62.
